Welcome to the Benefit Raffle Site for Dante Salvatierra

The Basic Information:

Dante Salvatierra, a 33 year old elementary school teacher and author in Omaha, Nebraska, USA has been diagnosed with an astrocytoma brain tumor as seen in the above picture. He underwent brain surgery to remove it on April 6, 2006. The surgery was successful, however health insurance will cover only part of the costs of surgery and medication.

Dozens of artists donated works for a raffle to help fund his medical bills. The raffle was completed in May. Congratulations to all the winners. Thank you to all those who donated art and gave for the raffle.
